FOX 13 Seattle’s morning show Good Day Seattle featured a live segment from Hotel Bellwether in June. Anchor Mireya Garcia and meteorologist Brian MacMillan hosted the show from the luxury waterfront hotel, highlighting some of what makes Hotel Bellwether a premier destination in the Pacific Northwest.
The Good Day Seattle hosts were given an exclusive tour of Hotel Bellwether. They played bean bag toss with Front Office and Operations Manager Erin McCauley, visited the lavish owner’s suite for gorgeous views of Bellingham Bay, toured the private wine cellar with Director of Sales and Marketing Christine Jenkins, and met with General Manager Jim Haupt and the hotel’s canine concierge, Bellwether Bella.
In the Lighthouse Bar and Grill, Executive Chef Marcello Mazzoleni demonstrated how to make halibut ceviche and served sashimi. The hosts also enjoyed craft cocktails made by restaurant manager Steven Kelly. MacMillan even tried to give a weather forecast with spicy salmon lingering in his mouth.
