Hotel Bellwether turns into a magical holiday wonderland the entire month of December for our 14th Annual Holiday Trees fundraiser event benefitting Skookum Kids! Support this crucial community organization that supports children transitioning into foster care, while enjoying the festive and fun activity of viewing trees creatively decorated by local businesses.
The event is open to the public and the community is encouraged to view the trees in person OR view all the trees online and virtually vote. Voting starts Saturday, December 6th at 4 pm.
Vote for your favorite tree by donating monetarily to Skookum Kids ($10 minimum donation requested) online or in person at the hotel. Those who donate and vote are entered to win an overnight stay in the iconic three-story Lighthouse Suite valued at $1,000.
Voting ends December 31st with the winner announced in the new year.
100% of donations from the event go to Skookum Kids, a volunteer-staffed facility that provides crucial care and support for children entering or transitioning into foster care. Fundraising Goal: $20,000.
We want to spread the holiday cheer far and near and make it possible to view all the beautifully decorated Holiday Trees virtually right here!
Once you’ve viewed the trees and picked a favorite, continue the festive celebration at the waterfront Lighthouse Grill & Pub for breakfast, weekend brunch, lunch, dinner or happy hour. Enjoy a glass of wine, local draft beer on tap, or a specialty cocktail to toast to the holiday season. Live music is in the Pub from local musicians on Friday and Saturday evenings.
